If you have turned off the setting of auto update all apps in your mobile, then you should:

• Check for the app update regularly.
• Update the camera firmware when prompted by the app.

These ensure that your system will be up-to-date with the latest functionality and security enhancements.

The app will prompt you to update your IP camera firmware when there is a new version available. Follow the instructions to update the firmware when prompted.

Depending on your network speed, it takes 3 to 5 minutes* to update and reboot your camera(s).

Once the update is complete, you will need to refresh your camera list.

      When viewing the event log, you can:
